崗位職責(zé)

主要工作職責(zé)：
1‚ 負(fù)責(zé)本公司產(chǎn)品在國(guó)外市場(chǎng)的拓展銷售，維護(hù)老客戶，開發(fā)新客戶；
2‚ 負(fù)責(zé)處理公司在阿里巴巴等國(guó)際平臺(tái)上的客戶詢盤，達(dá)成訂單；
3，通過各大免費(fèi)國(guó)際平臺(tái)，上傳產(chǎn)品信息，并充分利用google等搜索引擎，獨(dú)立開發(fā)國(guó)內(nèi)外潛在客戶；
4，跟蹤維護(hù)并篩選出優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶，最好是有生產(chǎn)背景的經(jīng)銷商/代理商，進(jìn)行oem/odm合作的談判；
5，負(fù)責(zé)計(jì)劃、協(xié)調(diào)、管理銷售活動(dòng)，完成個(gè)人每年銷售目標(biāo)和利潤(rùn)；
6，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他事宜。
job deion:
1‚ responsible for servicing old customers and developing new customers overseas.
2‚ responsible for tracking customers through alibab and made-in-china to reach the cooperation with customers.
3‚ try to develop customers through more b2b platforms independently.
4‚ responsible for servicing and finding excellent customers to cooperate with them by oem/odm style.
5‚ responsible for planning‚ coordination and supervising sales activities in order to achieve planned yearly turnover‚ gross profit in region.
6‚ others.

相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、技能要求

1.熟練使用英語，聽說讀寫精通與外商交流無障礙，能閱讀專業(yè)英語資料。熟練操作各種辦公軟件；會(huì)第二外語者優(yōu)先，本科及以上學(xué)歷，外語、國(guó)貿(mào)類相關(guān)專業(yè)，或理工科背景優(yōu)先考慮；
2.1年以上外貿(mào)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，了解進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)流程，熟悉外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)，貿(mào)易基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)扎實(shí)；有一定的財(cái)務(wù)知識(shí)，醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)品知識(shí)背景的優(yōu)先考慮；
3.較強(qiáng)的商業(yè)意識(shí)及談判技巧，有效利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源，能夠獨(dú)立聯(lián)系客戶，報(bào)價(jià)，談判，簽單，跟單，合理的處理客戶投訴；
4.主動(dòng)、自我進(jìn)取，勤于思考，善于溝通，具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，勇于承擔(dān)工作責(zé)任，有良好的敬業(yè)精神；辦事認(rèn)真、細(xì)致、思路清晰，具獨(dú)立完成任務(wù)能力。
5.較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)、計(jì)劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)、執(zhí)行力和應(yīng)變的能力；
6.了解行業(yè)的發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)，熟悉公司核心產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)； 具有拓展市場(chǎng)和銷售渠道管理的能力。
requirement:
1‚ has cet 4 or above english level‚ has very good english speaking and writing ability international trading major or business english related majors‚ familiar with office software.
2‚ at least one year related work experience‚ responsibility‚ patience‚ team-work can work independently in time.
