有機合成研究員
（工作地點：上海）
主要職責：
進行文獻檢索和設計特定化合物的合成路線
合成，純化和有效表征有機化合物
在最小限度的監管下通過對反應條件進行適當修改以克服合成問題
保持所有實驗記錄準確，清晰，及時，完整

任職要求：
碩士或本科學歷，藥物化學、有機化學、化學、制藥、其他化學相關專業
在有機合成中經驗豐富并具有很強的解決問題的能力
有負責感和良好的團隊合作精神

相關經驗、技能要求

key activities:
·conduct literature searches and design synthetic routes for specific *****pounds
·synthesize‚ purify and acterize *****anic *****pounds efficiently
·over*****e synthetic problems by making appropriate modifications of reaction conditions under minimal supervision
· keep accurate‚ legible and *****plete records of all experiments on a timely basis
requirements:
· master degree and bachelor degree
· experienced in *****anic synthesis with strong problem-solving ability
· be responsible and good team-player
